Lucky Red Casino Review

Lucky Red Casino Support & Security Review:

If you ever have a problem at Lucky Red Casino, which hopefully you won’t, you’ll find several ways to get help. First off, simply fill in the e-mail form on the Lucky Red Casino site and they will get back to you. When this was tested, the reply was timely and very helpful. What more could you ask for?

Lucky Red Casino also have telephone support, although only one phone number, which is disappointing when many of their competitors have different phone numbers for different countries. The same can be said for their fax number. However, the staff you get in contact with are very knowledgeable about their product, which is a definite plus.

There is also a physical address in England where you can get in touch with Lucky Red Casino should the need arise.

Finally, the main feature of the help software is the live chat help, where you will get a well trained member of staff to deal with your query. I found the staff very helpful and very courteous.

However, the FAQ could be a bit better and easier to navigate. If you were looking to find the help for yourself without speaking to a member of staff, you might have a bit of a time.

As for security, Lucky Red Casino have been in the game a long time and have a very secure method of dealing with transactions and do to great lengths to ensure you have the most secure experience possible on their tables.

Lucky Red Casino Bonus Review:

On the surface, Lucky Red Casino’s 400% first deposit looks great. However, in reality, it’s not so good if you’re not a slots player. Yes, you can get 400% on your first deposit up to $4,000 and there is a 25x clearance requirement, which is a very generous clearance rate compared to the opposition, although it can only be cleared on slots, keno and scratch cards.

If you’re not a slots player, Lucky Red Casino offers a 100% match bonus up to $1,000 which has a far greater clearance rate of 50x and this can be cleared on any table game except Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, War and Sic Bo .

The other good thing about Lucky Red Casino’s bonuses is that there are reload bonuses all the time, with much smaller clearance requirements and a greater scope on what games you can play to clear them.

The bonuses offered are play bonuses only and, as such, cannot be withdrawn upon clearance, which does detract slightly from the overall rating.

Lucky Red Casino Software Review:

If you couldn’t tell from my pre-amble before this, I love the Lucky Red Casino software. However, let’s get one thing out of the way: I’m a Windows used and if you’re a Mac user, you won’t be able to download this great software, you’ll only be able to play the games on the Lucky Red Casino site.

But if you’re a Windows user, you’re in for a treat. The Lucky Red Casino software oozes class and style. It has a very minimalist feel to it and it can feel like you’re not using casino software at all until you open up one of the tables. The black and red motif is great.

Away from the aesthetics, the software is fast, very responsive and instead of menus dropping down, you have to click to get to the sub-section of games you want. In all honest, I prefer this, as it means you don’t have to get your mouse in the exact place to choose your game and if you move it slightly, you’ve downloaded pai gow instead of roulette. There is also the option of changing the view, so you can have it as a list, as icons, or as a slideshow of each game. Such a great feature of the software.

There are other little neat features in the lobby such as the “random game” button, which does exactly what it says on the tin. Not sure what to play, just click on it. There are also featured games at the side of the screen, where one click will take you to them and they relate to the section you’re in. So, in the table games section, they might have blackjack and craps featured.

The browser-based software is great, better than a lot of Lucky Red Casino’s rivals and it has a nice selection of games for you to play, meaning if you can’t download the actual software, you’re not missing out on too much. Plus, you still get to see the fantastic lobby.

The software is one of my favorites out there and it’s a real shame there is no Mac client, as I would be able to give it the 5/5 that it really deserves.

Lucky Red Casino Games Review:

With over 20 table games and enough slots machines to keep you going for a long, long time, Lucky Red Casino has something for everyone. There are six variations of blackjack, several incarnations of poker, from Caribbean Stud to Caribbean Hold ‘Em.

But the slots are where Lucky Red Casino seems to shine. They’re great looking slots, with a unique feel to them and they’re a welcome change to some of the more boring slot machines out there.

As well as the traditional games, Lucky Red Casino also has the Asian games you would expect to find and also have scratch cards and keno for those of you that like that thing.

Lucky Red Casino Promotions Review:

It’s so near yet so far for Lucky Red Casino. While they shine with their deposit bonuses, which are nearly every day of the year, there is very little outside of that. They do offer the standard comp points which can be redeemed for cash.

There is a fair selection of progressive jackpots at Lucky Red, with table games and also slot machines offering some form of progressive jackpot if that’s your thing.

There is also a refer-a-friend scheme at Lucky Red, which is a nice touch. There is a $50 reward in that scheme, which isn’t to be sniffed at.
