WinADay/Grand Vegas: Deposits I Didn’t Make!

Jerry: can you tell me where i can get help. several unauthorized deposits were made to grand vegas casino , these are not my deposits, usa players i thought were not allowed to play, how can this happen ?????? what can i do to get my money back, how can they get my info??? please help

Casino Answers: US players can still play at quite a few online casinos. Have you contacted Grand Vegas support about this? I’d also contact your bank ASAP – those are the first two things I’d do for sure.

Jerry: yes i contacted the casino they ignore me, and my bank is now aware, is there someone i can report this to for help

Casino Answers: If you can forward me any details about it like a list of the deposits, amounts, dates & time, as well as any correspondence at all with the casino I can get it looked into. What has your bank said about this? Also were the deposits made via debit or credit?

Jerry: grand vegas casino does not answer me, win a day is looking into it,, the bank acct has been closed. thank you for any help you can give me , this is very scary to me

[Information forwarded]

Casino Answers: I spoke to Winaday who said they have been corresponding with you and also the other casino group who said they’d forward it to their fraud department. Have you heard anything?

Jerry: hi, thank you for your help. they want a police report. i dont have one, police cant do anything , casino is not in nyc

Casino Answers: The only thing I can suggest is getting the police report. Even though they say theres nothing they can do if you can even get that in writing that’d help. I’d explain to them that its’ nothing to do with jurisdiction the fact is your credit card info was stolen.

We have not heard back from Jerry since.

Unfortunately, casino fraud is rampant in the industry. It’s possible that someone got Jerrys banking information and signed up at these casinos. It’s also equally likely that Jerry had a bad run, lost money he couldn’t afford, and thus tried to go threse routes to get his money back.

We 100% trust Win A Day and Grand Vegas Casino, and have a great relationship with them. We spoke to them repeatedly about this issue. If his credit card information was stolen then they will of course remedy the situation, however they naturally require a police report. If your information is stolen you need to report it to the police and to your credit card company. The casinos can’t take you at your word due to the amount of fraud out there – you need to pursue it from the other end.
