How To Use The Martingale Betting System at Baccarat

The Martingale Betting System is perhaps the most famous of all betting systems out there. Perhaps people aren’t familiar with the name, but they sure do know the concept. In fact, when I tell people about Casino Answers, around 50% of them invariably tell me about their “can’t fail” betting system, which then turns out to be the Martingale Betting System.

The Martingale Betting System, in short, involves a player doubling their bet every time they lose. So, you start with a $1 bet, you lose, so you move to a $2 bet. If that bet loses, you make a $4 bet and so on until you win, where you then resort back to your $1 bet. The starting stake can be changed to suit your bankroll, but the theory remains the same, so if you start with a $5 bet, you move on to a $10, then $15 and so on. Of course, starting higher than $1 means your bets can start to get to a scary level a lot quicker than if you start lower.

But how can you use the Martingale Betting System when you are playing baccarat? It’s actually fairly easy, as long as you stick to one type of bet. The Martingale Betting System relies on even money bets, which is why betting red/black on roulette or blackjack tend to be the most popular bets when using the Martingale Betting System. But people often forget you can use the Martingale Betting System when playing baccarat.

You may want to play along(for free) as you read along, and a great casino for that is Bovada.

How can the Martingale Betting System be used when playing baccarat? Well, stick to betting on the player. If you bet on the house, you only get paid 0.95; so you bet $1, you win $0.95. Not great if you’re trying to double your stake. However, betting on the player pays out $1 for every $1 bet. As long as you stick to betting on the player instead of betting on the banker or the tie when playing baccarat, you can easily use the Martingale Betting System.

So, when playing baccarat and using the Martingale Betting System, place your $1 bet on the player and if it loses, bump the bet up to $2 and so on. Never change your bet and the Martingale Betting System will be able to be used.

However, I would not condone using the Martingale Betting System. It is possibly the worst betting system out there and regardless of whether you use it for playing baccarat, blackjack, roulette or anything else, you will end up a loser. Don’t believe me? Well, check out Why The Martingale Betting System Sucks and it should open your eyes. Plus, if you’re playing baccarat and using the Martingale Betting System, where is the fun in simply sitting there putting chips onto the player box? The beauty of playing casino games is the chance to vary what you do, so if you’re playing baccarat, you could bet on anything you want, not just the player box. The Martingale Betting System is dangerous to the bankroll and dangerous to your enjoyment of playing baccarat.

Of course, if you want to try playing baccarat, using the Martingale Betting System, or not, you can do so at Bovada. Bovada have fantastic software, some great sign-up bonuses for new players and their baccarat games are second to none. Additionally, Titan Casino also have live dealer baccarat, as well as other live dealer games, so it’s worth your while checking them out if you are a player from outside the United States.

Is it possible to earn some money using roulette, like 2k ?

If I am making small bets like 1$ on a color and a column or zone? And using part of the Martingale system except if i have for example a balance of 100$ and the max i would double is 4 ? And will casinos notice that if I am making some money. I’m not a high roller but I’m planning on going slowly and patiently nothing but but with small wagers. Would this work? I know this may sound funny but I’m winning on Fun Mode, yes its not the same I know and there is a reason because you don’t have the fear of losing money . But I don’t make LARGE bets and I know there might be 20 times or more that one color could strike etc. etc. But I would like to know is if I could make money on a long run without having large bets and all these strategies and martingales but use my own tactics that I train many hours a day on Roulette. Like trying to make alternatives of ”what if” , losing max of like 8/16$ for the aggregate amount. Because I want to make money with roulette and not by big bets but by small wagers and long time. What could happen if i play very carefully? And if there is really no chance then what would you suggest for making money with casino? But i really want to know straight the max about the chance in roulette. I know casinos always have the house edge and they always show the way casino works and stuff but still…

Unfortunately in the long run you will never make money with Roulette, no matter what betting system you use.

In the short term, strategies like the Martingale may seem like they work well and are a fool-proof roulette system; but sadly this just isn’t the case. The house always has the edge. That’s not to say you can’t make money from playing Roulette – but if you keep playing, in the long run the house will always win. You just can’t argue with the math behind it.

Now one thing you COULD do is play at an online casino that has a bonus where you can clear it using roulette. Something like that increases your odds.
